I show you how to do this through the task manager and performance tab, and also through the command prompt in MS-DOS. Something to keep in mind is this will tell you how many memory slots are available on the motherboard of your laptop or computer, but that doesn't mean that is actually how many memory sockets are installed on the motherboard.
